UD Impact’s ud Labs delivers practical coaching programs designed to maximize founders’ ability to execute - programs that can be applied immediately in real business settings.
This role is a field-driven coaching position that works directly with pre-startup and startup teams, diagnosing problems and providing actionable solutions.
Beyond theory, you will help create tangible outcomes through business model advancement, KPI setting, and fundraising support.
You will also lead innovation in coaching methods by integrating AI into coaching processes, improving operational efficiency, and building new coaching models that can be applied in live program environments.
This is a team that creates execution in the field and expands the possibilities of coaching through AI.
- Deliver incubation and acceleration programs for pre-startup and startup teams
- Provide coaching on KPI setting, fundraising support, and business model enhancement
• Field Leadership & Process Optimization
- Lead coaching staff in live educational settings
- Improve coaching processes based on real-time feedback
• AI Coaching Collaboration Design
- Drive automation and efficiency of coaching operations using AI
- Design operating models for AI coaching solutions applicable to educational programs
• Specialized Consulting by Domain
- Provide hands-on consulting to startup teams based on expertise in areas such as IT services, marketing, sales, strategy, etc.
•Strong practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, with passion for using technology to expand educational impact
•Ability to accurately diagnose startup pain points and present actionable solutions beyond theory
•Ability to lead highly engaging lectures, workshops, and sessions for multiple teams

• Direct Coaching & Facilitation- Deliver incubation and acceleration programs for pre-startup and startup teams
- Provide coaching on KPI setting, fundraising support, and business model enhancement

자격요건
•Experience founding and growing a business directly, or proven ownership of core startup functions such as PM, marketing, or strategy•Strong practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, with passion for using technology to expand educational impact
•Ability to accurately diagnose startup pain points and present actionable solutions beyond theory
•Ability to lead highly engaging lectures, workshops, and sessions for multiple teams
