As a Data Center Technical Operations Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of colocation operations of our electrical, cooling, and IT infrastructure. You will partner with the Google data center engineering team, hardware operations, network infrastructure and third-party data center vendors and operators with a focus on operability, maintainability and reliability. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what's possible. • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and external providers to coordinate critical works and communicate the directions.
• Manage technical teams to ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are completed to global standards while maintaining strict operational excellence.
• Lead critical event responses, perform risk assessments, and conduct site evaluations to ensure business continuity and proactive mitigation.
• Partner with global engineering and network teams to support site selection and contribute to enterprise-wide infrastructure and program initiatives.
• 9 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
• Experience in critical facility operation management.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with local vendors and contractors.

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.• 9 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
