As a member of the Google Cloud team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. As the Field Sales Director, Digital Natives, Google Cloud Korea, you will be responsible for progressing Google Cloud's strategy for adoption and growth in the digital natives ecosystem. Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
• Participate in C-level, founder, and investor engagements in support of sales teams' account strategies.
• Understand customer demand and work with product, solutions, and partner teams to develop the industry portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction. Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level. Develop and provide custom presentations on Google Cloud products to customers to solve their business problems.
• Serve as a key contributor to the digital natives industry strategy and roadmap.
• 15 years of experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) sales leadership roles.
• 10 years of experience in sales leadership, managing a team and growing talent.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern technology stacks that support business scaling.
• Experience with cloud, data, and AI technologies.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean.

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern technology stacks that support business scaling.
• Experience with cloud, data, and AI technologies.
