We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. Data Center Operations designs, installs & maintains the world's largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Replace hardware components in servers and network devices
• Manage storage media (HDD, SSD etc) operations, including sanitization and destruction
• Handle support tickets within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work cross-functionally with internal data center operation teams
• Follow data center operations, security guidelines and safety standards
• Work on shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, including weekends
• 2+ years of work experience

• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds• 2+ years of work experience
