Amazon is seeking a Principal Strategic Business Development leader to join our international team in Seoul. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategic partnerships for AWS's most critical customers while driving pan-Amazon strategy from a centralized, high-impact role. • Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships
• Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to execute on the relationships
• Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities
• Support the strategic objectives and interests of AWS customers
• Generate, manage, and execute complex and high impact partnership activities with strong technical aptitude
• Manage relationships and negotiations for partnership deals which are complex, need a centralized advocate, and/or have broader implications to AWS and other Amazon business units
• Handle multiple projects spanning a variety of business categories across all of Amazon
• Consider and communicate market feedback for product requirements impacting roadmaps, current trends around innovation, consolidation and customer adoption
• Work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand relative advantages or risks
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
• Korean fluency and Business level English
• Deep understanding of AWS customers' businesses across multiple industries in Korea (e.g., telecommunications, retail, automotive, financial services)
• Knowledge of the Chaebol landscape

자격요건
• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
• Korean fluency and Business level English
