As our new EHS Specialist in Seoul, you will report to the Country EHS Director and be a key expert in building a world-class safety culture at L'Oréal Korea. You will oversee all our sites—including offices, stores, distribution centers, and labs—to ensure they are safe, compliant, and continuously progressing toward our sustainability goals.
• Manage Risk & Prevention: Conduct regular site risk assessments, lead accident investigations (RCA), and drive corrective actions to eliminate hazards
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor and audit compliance with Korean EHS laws (e.g., OSHA, SAPA), ensuring all sites are inspection-ready
• Drive Sustainability: Lead local environmental initiatives to achieve our 'L'Oréal for the Future' goals, focusing on waste, water, and energy
• Oversee all sites—including offices, stores, distribution centers, and labs—to ensure they are safe, compliant, and continuously progressing toward sustainability goals
• Deep knowledge of Korean occupational safety and health laws
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline
• Engineer Industrial Safety (산업안전기사) certification
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: ability to interpret complex regulations, apply them effectively in the field, and systematically evaluate compliance
• Stakeholder & Project Management: capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage resources, and drive projects to successful completion
• Fluency in English is required

자격요건
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience with a strong track record in site-oriented EHS management (manufacturing, logistics, construction, etc.)• Deep knowledge of Korean occupational safety and health laws
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline
• Engineer Industrial Safety (산업안전기사) certification
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: ability to interpret complex regulations, apply them effectively in the field, and systematically evaluate compliance
