현재 국내와 아시아 시장에서 높은 성장세를 이어가고 있으며, 2026년 미국 시장 본격 진출을 목표로 글로벌 시장 확장을 진행 중입니다. 저희 미주사업팀은 강남 오피스를 기반으로 운영되고 있으며, 실행력이 빠르고 자율적인 분위기 속에서 브랜드의 미국 시장 성장을 직접 만들어갈 수 있는 팀입니다.

주요업무

• 영미권 시장(미주/영국) 타겟 인플루언서 발굴 및 협업 제안
• Paid Partnership 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영 (브리프 제공, 피드백, 성과 측정)
• 제품 시딩 및 협업 전략 설계 (Organic/PR 기반 무상 제공 포함) 및 모니터링
• 인플루언서/채널별 성과 분석 및 인사이트 도출
• 영미권 뷰티·스킨케어 인플루언서 및 콘텐츠 트렌드 분석
• TikTok, Instagram 등 SNS 채널 운영 지원

• Identify and collaborate with influencers targeting English-speaking markets (U.S./U.K.)
• Plan and manage paid partnership content, including briefing, feedback coordination, and performance tracking
• Develop and monitor product seeding and collaboration strategies, including organic/PR-based gifting campaigns
• Analyze influencer and channel performance and derive actionable insights
• Research beauty and skincare influencer/content trends in English-speaking markets
• Support the operation of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram

자격요건

• 영미권 마케팅 경력 1년 이상
• 영어/한국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
• 글로벌 화장품(현지 시장) 트렌드 이해도가 높으신 분
• SNS 및 바이럴 콘텐츠에 대한 관심과 이해도가 높으신 분

• Minimum 1 years of marketing experience in English-speaking markets
• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
• Strong understanding of global cosmetics and local market trends
• High level of interest and understanding in social media and viral content trends
