With renowned brands like L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, the division offers a comprehensive range of innovative products and tools that empower hairdressers to unleash their creativity and deliver outstanding results.
• Create storytelling for the brand to enhance the experience for both pros and consumers on all touch points: digital campaign concepts, content creation including digital content as well as photoshoots, PR & Advocacy via agencies, and other brand programs
• Develop an important volume and diversity of campaign ideas in line with the global brand strategy and consumer insights to develop real-time brand stories
• Strategize innovative approaches to breaking through the influencer & advocacy world to have a unique point of difference in the beauty market
• Initiate and lead the content strategy for the brand to enable relevant storylines to resonate with both pros and consumers
• Utilize data such as consumer insights, keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry topics to conceptualize and innovate on content ideas
• Source, manage, and effectively lead the proper creative external agencies, photographers, and technical partners to produce content needs
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with external partners, including influencers and professional designers/artists/educators
• Create, develop and manage content for brand's online & offline presence (E-Commerce 80% / Salons 20%)
• Create relevant E-Contents (PDP, digital banners, media creatives) in order to align with brand image and tone & manner
• Create relevant Trend Content (Trend Magazines, Hair color Trends) by producing efficient photoshoots with Designer partners
• Plan and execute content-driven events or activations to enhance brand engagement
• Act as an in-house content expert who can advise internal stakeholders in online content
• Monitor and analyze content performance and brand visibility metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI
• 3-5 years of progressive professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Advocacy management & content creation
• Strong background in PR, Digital Marketing, and Advertising
• Highly Social Media Savvy with a deep understanding of current platforms, trends, influencer landscape, and engagement strategies
• A true Pop-Culture aficionado with a keen eye for relevant cultural insights and trends
• Demonstrated experience in running events or activations
• Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with various external partners (e.g., Influencers, Agencies, Professional Designers/Artists/Educators)
• Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop for design
• Intermediate level of English
