As a Strategic Partner Manager of Scaled Partnerships for YouTube, you will have the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with our partners, to renew existing partnerships, and to enhance potential opportunities. You will cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can leverage YouTube's evolving suite of offerings. • Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners, as well as develop new opportunities.
• Manage project initiatives to grow emerging creators at scale including workshops, events and initiatives.
• Work with teams, across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Policy, Comms, Legal and others) to bring the solutions to partners.
• 1 year of experience in the video, media, entertainment industry, experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain and grow strong direct relationships with a portfolio of creators and media companies, which includes day-to-day partnership activities, performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.• Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally and to partners, as well as develop new opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.• 1 year of experience in the video, media, entertainment industry, experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders.
