Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. As an Enterprise Account Executive, Manufacturing & Automotive based in Seoul, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's manufacturing and automotive industries. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders at OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers to help them accelerate R&D, optimize production operations, and transform engineering and knowledge work with Anthropic's AI solutions.
• Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle OEMs, automotive parts suppliers, industrial machinery manufacturers, semiconductor and electronics producers, battery and EV component makers, and materials/chemicals companies
• Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders — including chief engineers, R&D directors, heads of digital transformation, manufacturing engineering leaders, connected-vehicle and software-defined vehicle (SDV) leads, and plant operations executives — positioning AI as a driver for engineering productivity, design and simulation acceleration, supply chain intelligence, factory floor optimization, and in-vehicle/product experiences
• Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions tailored to the rigorous safety, quality, and reliability standards of automotive and manufacturing workflows, while respecting IP protection and data sovereignty requirements
• Stay deeply informed about trends across Korea's manufacturing and automotive sectors and global industry shifts — including electrification, battery technology, SDV, autonomous driving, Industry 4.0, and smart factory initiatives — ensuring Anthropic is consistently positioned as a relevant and forward-thinking partner
• A genuine understanding of how product development, manufacturing operations, and engineering organizations work in Korea, including the distinct dynamics of chaebol group structures, affiliate and in-group supplier relationships, long-cycle OEM–supplier partnerships, and aggressive digital transformation initiatives
• A track record of building trusted relationships with technically sophisticated engineering and manufacturing teams, navigating organizations where chief engineers, R&D leaders, and plant/operations executives hold significant influence over technology decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of automotive and manufacturing enterprises — involving multiple business units, group-affiliate alignment, rigorous POC and evaluation processes, and long-horizon strategic planning
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities across a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and automotive companies with varying scales, business models, and digital maturity
• A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality — a true team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments
• A strategic, analytical approach to identifying opportunities within Korea's manufacturing and automotive sectors combined with relationship-focused execution
• A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, with commitment to ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea with significant exposure to the manufacturing or automotive industry• A genuine understanding of how product development, manufacturing operations, and engineering organizations work in Korea, including the distinct dynamics of chaebol group structures, affiliate and in-group supplier relationships, long-cycle OEM–supplier partnerships, and aggressive digital transformation initiatives
