• Lead high-impact advocacy and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand desire among the MZ generation.
• Oversee owned social media channels to ensure consistent brand voice and community engagement.
• Manage earned/digital media relations, editorial pitches, and awareness-driven media to maximize brand exposure.
• Plan and execute PR events to create immersive brand experiences and secure premium media coverage.
• Mentor and manage a team of two to ensure agile and high-performing execution.
• Manage annual and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
• 7+ years of experience
• Experience of Communications in cosmetic/FMCG industry
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Computer skill proficiency (MS PPT, Excel, Word)
