AWS is looking for experienced and motivated technical managers to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled, customer facing Solutions Architects in our field offices. You will help develop the industry's best cloud-based solutions designers and practitioners by enabling and coaching them on best practices, technical customer relationship management, and the technical communication skills necessary to create and present architectures of a widely varying size and complexity. In this role, you will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right, as well as able to effectively shape the customer relationship management and solution focused skills of your team.
• Develop multi-project programs that can achieve long-term outcomes in a scalable and sustainable way
• Tackle ambiguous customer requirements, navigate complex organizational landscapes, and integrate stated and non-stated requirements
• Present solutions to customers ranging from deep technologists to high-level technical and business executives
• Identify non-evident problems, articulate and scope them, get buy-in from stakeholders, and drive creation and delivery of best possible solutions
• Deeply understand customer's entire technology landscape and help them envision and realize their entire cloud journey
• Guide customers on how to build and/or migrate their entire IT footprint to AWS cloud
• Influence entire companies or large business units and their technical and business executives
• Influence across all functions (Solutions Architecture, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) within entire AWS APAC
• Independently develop and deliver keynotes at local industry or AWS conferences (DevDay, Summit, re:Invent)
• Independently develop high-impact public artifacts such as whitepapers and AWS Solutions
• Lead a large team and represent the Korea SA function at the APAC and WW levels
• Manage relationships with the Leadership Team in Korea and APAC across all functions
• Travel internationally up to 20% of the time
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• High proficiency in English

자격요건
• 7+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
• 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• High proficiency in English
