Tappytoon is looking for a Growth & Engagement Manager to join the Operations Team, helping connect millions of readers worldwide to the stories they love.
This role goes beyond traditional CRM campaign execution. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy—leveraging behavioral data, automation, and personalization to deliver the right message at the right time, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the Tappytoon platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and creative messaging, and is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
• Build and nurture Tappytoon's presence in relevant fan communities, capturing audience sentiment and surfacing insights to the team.
• Drive community engagement initiatives around key titles and brand moments, contributing to fandom-driven growth.
• Strong sense of what works on social media and in content
• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do
• Genuine interest in webtoons, comics, or related fandom culture
• Currently enrolled students and recent graduates welcome

주요업무
• Manage and grow Tappytoon's owned social media presence across key platforms, with a focus on engaging English-speaking webtoon fans.• Build and nurture Tappytoon's presence in relevant fan communities, capturing audience sentiment and surfacing insights to the team.
