• Develops Market intelligence tool on categories and drives changes in the market structure
• Analyses business needs and challenges demand: anticipate major evolution of needs, propose the most valuable option involving internal and external network/resources
• Anticipates business activity and acts proactively: animate the network, lead best practices and drive advocacy
• Negotiates with integrity: coach and challenge teams in terms of negotiation strategy, use innovative negotiation levers
• Optimizes costs: capture breakthrough ideas from suppliers, maximize value creation opportunities impacting P&L and Top Line
• Maximizes Supplier Relationships: create preferred customer relationships with strategic suppliers and drive improvement projects
• Creates value and innovates: capture innovation opportunities from internal & external sources, lead strategic projects
• Operates according to internal control principles: negotiate global, high-stake contracts including IP, licensing, exclusivity agreements
• Evaluates and manages risks: define and implement risk management policy and methodologies
• Defines and deploys supplier sustainability roadmap including PCR, 3R, science base target actions
• Manages Performance and efficiency: formulate functional improvements for processes and tools based on Supplier P&L analysis
• Supports and manages stakeholders' relationships: communicate/manage projects/share suppliers' information with stakeholders
• 5~12 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• English proficiency: Professional working knowledge
• Good business sense, good analytical and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skill and cross team working spirit
• Good leadership, capable to drive and realize cross functional projects

자격요건
• 5 years+ experience in cosmetics or consumer, ODM/OEM, packaging industry• 5~12 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• English proficiency: Professional working knowledge
• Good business sense, good analytical and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skill and cross team working spirit
• Good leadership, capable to drive and realize cross functional projects
