The Duty-Free Team, part of the Domestic Sales Division, leads sales across key duty-free channels, including downtown and airport stores, driving brand awareness and product growth. At the forefront of global customer touchpoints, the team maximizes sales opportunities by analyzing market trends, traveler flows, and competitive dynamics in this fast-paced environment.
• 면세점 바이어(MD)와의 파트너십 구축 및 비즈니스 소통을 담당해요. (Conduct MD communications.)
• 글로벌 마켓 트렌드 분석을 기반으로 면세 채널에 특화된 제품 및 프로모션 전략을 수립하고 운영해요. (Develop, plan, and operate product and promotion strategies based on global market trends.)
• 고객 데이터를 분석하고, 세일즈 목표 수립 및 성과 지표(KPI)를 관리해요. (Analyze customer data, set and manage sales targets, and track performance.)
• 면세 비즈니스 영역에서 5년 이상의 경력을 보유한 분이어야 해요. (Over 5 years of experience in duty-free business)
• 복수의 프로젝트와 부서 간 협업 프로젝트를 리드할 수 있는 프로젝트 매니지먼트 역량이 필요해요. (Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.)
• 시장의 데이터를 해석하고 비즈니스 의사결정을 이끌어낼 수 있는 우수한 데이터 분석 역량이 필요해요. (Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making.)
