The Global Business Division actively pioneers new distribution channels by analyzing markets across approximately 72 countries, spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our core mission is to effectively showcase MEDIPEEL’s technological excellence and product competitiveness to global buyers and partners, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our global market share.
Rather than following conventional methods, we are a highly autonomous and proactive team that independently analyzes markets, formulates hypotheses, and executes them. The greatest appeal of our division is that your ideas directly translate into global business strategies with results you can immediately track through data, all within a highly supportive culture that champions new initiatives.
-Develop market entry and sales strategies by country and channel, considering European beauty consumer trends, distribution environments, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPNP).
-Manage overseas B2B sales, purchase orders, and end-to-end order processing for international buyers.
-Lead business communications (emails, business proposals, virtual meetings, etc.) and drive contract negotiations.
-Manage data related to sales, orders, and inventory using Excel and other data analysis tools.
-Business-level proficiency in English or Spanish
-Experience in improving existing processes rather than simply following conventional methods.
-Ability to remain calm and flexible in rapidly changing situations, genuinely enjoying the process of problem-solving.
-Proven ability to identify problems based on data, independently deduce improvement directions, and drive execution.
-Strong collaborative mindset, enjoying proactive communication with overseas partners and cross-functional teams.

-5+ years of experience in overseas sales or distribution management, or a strong understanding of the cosmetics industry.-Business-level proficiency in English or Spanish
