The Global Business Division actively pioneers new distribution channels by analyzing markets across approximately 72 countries, spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our core mission is to effectively showcase MEDIPEEL’s technological excellence and product competitiveness to global buyers and partners, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our global market share.

Rather than following conventional methods, we are a highly autonomous and proactive team that independently analyzes markets, formulates hypotheses, and executes them. 주요업무

-Manage and communicate with exclusive distributors in China, overseeing orders, delivery schedules, and overall issues.
-Respond promptly and accurately to requests from distributors (products, inventory, promotions, issues, etc.) and coordinate internally.
-Manage the entire process from order receipt, review, and progression to shipment, while ensuring delivery schedule compliance.
-Pioneer the new Taiwanese market: Discover new buyers and distributors, negotiate trade terms, and proceed with contracts.
-Collaborate closely with the marketing department to plan and execute marketing activities targeting clients.
-Create and propose customized sales materials for clients, including new product introductions, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
-Respond to logistics, customs clearance, and local regulations (cosmetics certifications, etc.), and collaborate with related departments.
-Analyze sales, order, inventory, and settlement data, and prepare regular reports.

자격요건

-Professionals with a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry or at least 5 years of experience in overseas sales/distributor management.
-Individuals with an understanding of China (local consumption trends, distribution environment, etc.).
-Candidates with experience in sales or order management targeting overseas buyers.
-Proficiency in business communication (emails, documentation, meetings) in Chinese (Required).
-Candidates with experience handling sales, order, and inventory data using data analysis tools such as Excel.
