Amazon Studios is seeking an experienced creative development and production executive to join our International Originals team, with a focus on identifying and developing Korean co-production opportunities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in giving creative guidance and feedback to writers and showrunners on outlines, scripts, and cuts and is fully versed in top talent: writers, directors, producers, actors. For this role, we are seeking someone who can apply their comprehensive knowledge of the Korean television landscape to identify, source, and support scripted development opportunities that global customers love.
• Assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches
• Work with writers and artists to develop series ideas and scripts
• Support production oversight when series are greenlit
• Coordinate with other departments including Marketing, Press, Research, and Business and Legal Affairs
• Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
• Experience with scripted storytelling and live-action workflows
• Full professional proficiency in Korean (written and verbal)
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
