Tesla AI Hardware 팀은 첨단 AI 추론 칩 설계 및 개발을 통해 인공지능 혁신의 최전선에 있으며, FSD(완전 자율주행) 및 휴머노이드 로봇 Optimus의 신경망을 구동하는 커스텀 실리콘을 개발하고 있습니다. 이번 Post Silicon Validation Engineer 포지션은 Tesla의 커스텀 SoC 및 플랫폼 설계에 대한 Post-Silicon 검증 계획, 툴, 인프라 개발을 담당하며, 하드웨어 버그 분석부터 자동화 테스트 인프라 구축까지 폭넓은 역할을 수행합니다. AI 기반 자동차 및 에너지 솔루션의 미래를 함께 만들어갈 엔지니어를 찾고 있습니다.
• Assist in identifying and fixing any hardware bugs before going into production
• Bring up and characterize Autopilot Custom Silicon and PCBA
• Collaborate with diverse teams in hardware design, schematic reviews, firmware development, and building automated test infrastructures
• Write test plans, develop test cases, and catch design bugs before production
• Characterize and improve power and performance consumption at a system level
• Build and maintain automated test infrastructures to efficiently execute high-volume post-silicon system-level tests
• Partner closely with ATE engineers to achieve system-to-ATE correlation, address coverage gaps, and improve overall SLT yield
• Conduct onsite visits to OSATs for SLT system bring-up and troubleshooting
• Deep knowledge of computer architecture
• Microcontroller & Embedded Systems Programming Experience in C/C++
• Python and bash scripting and familiarity with git and version control systems
• Design, verification or validation disciplines, system/platform level debug and root cause isolation, methodology and tools
• Experience with Test Automation Framework Development
• Familiarity with JTAG and/or Open OCD
• Familiarity with Scan Chains and Memory Bist (MBIST)
• Experience in post-silicon bring-up and validation of ARM-based SoC architectures
• Experience in SLT (system-level test) development and automation
• Proficient in programming with C/C++ and working with OS-level device drivers

• Create and execute synthetic workloads that stress the various functional blocks inside the silicon platforms such as the GPU, Fabric, Neural Network, Camera Interface etc.• Assist in identifying and fixing any hardware bugs before going into production

자격요건
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience• Deep knowledge of computer architecture
