-End-to-End NPD Leadership: Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, from concept planning, formula development, and packaging design to product evaluation, mass production, and launch.
-Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct global market trend, consumer, and competitor analyses to derive actionable insights.
-Concept & USP Creation: Define product concepts and Unique Selling Points (USPs), and develop compelling brand/product stories.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and communication with diverse teams, including R&D, Design, Procurement, and Marketing.
-Post-Launch Evaluation: Analyze post-launch product performance and identify areas for strategic improvement.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (open to all majors).
-Domain Expertise: Proven experience in cosmetics product development or related roles (Skincare, Makeup, etc.).
-Process Knowledge: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in the end-to-end product development process.
-Global Exposure: Experience in developing products for global markets or collaborating with international teams.
-Key Competencies: Data-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
-Language Skills: Professional business English proficiency (for written and verbal communication, including emails and meetings).
