In this position, you will drive strategic business growth by strengthening partnerships with key accounts and identifying new market opportunities. You will build trusted customer relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives. Leveraging bolttech's digital capabilities, you will enhance customer experiences and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
• Developing a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing business initiatives.
• Leveraging bolttech's digital capabilities to develop innovative products, services, and distribution channels that enhance customer experience.
• Building trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders while leading strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and recommending strategies to support business growth.
• Developing a deep understanding of customers' business needs and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term customer value.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to support the Business Development (Hunter) team in identifying new customers and generating business opportunities.
• Analyzing market, customer, and sales data to generate actionable insights and business cases that support business strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Preparing business proposals, presentations, business reports, and executive materials to support business development initiatives.
• Coordinating communication between key accounts and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives and projects.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive sustainable and profitable business growth.
• Preferred experience in the Digital/Technology industry or enterprise sales within the insurance industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions based on client needs.
• Proven experience managing large and/or complex key accounts involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing sales channels and building strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular field engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, develop action plans, and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
