As a Legal Counsel at L'Oréal Korea, you will be a key business partner, providing practical and pragmatic legal solutions and proactively managing risks. Reporting to the Senior Legal Manager, you will be integral to supporting our business objectives across all divisions.
• Manage all aspects of contracts by drafting, reviewing, and supporting negotiations to protect the company's interests.
• Oversee dispute resolution, handling litigation, claims, and other legal conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring changes in key legal areas such as cosmetics, data privacy, fair trade and mutual cooperation, and advising the business accordingly.
• Admitted to the Korean Bar (Qualified Korean Attorney).
• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter who thinks like a business owner, proactively identifying issues and opportunities.
• Business acumen: ability to understand business challenges and translate legal complexities into actionable advice.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and departments.

• Substantial experience (4+ years) in a law firm or in-house legal department, with a strong track record in corporate advising, contract review, and dispute management.• Admitted to the Korean Bar (Qualified Korean Attorney).

• Business acumen: ability to understand business challenges and translate legal complexities into actionable advice.
