Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. We are looking for a Korea Finance Director, Strategy, Planning, and Studio Finance to lead one of Netflix's most dynamic and strategically important markets. This role acts as a co-pilot of the Korea business and reports directly to the APAC CFO.
• Act as the business co-pilot, translating financial insight into strategic recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Bring together multiple Finance teams, including FP&A, Content F&S, Content Accounting, and Production Finance, etc., to provide a holistic view of the business.
• Partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Content, Ads, Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations to shape country priorities.
• Help define and execute the country strategy while aligning with broader regional and global objectives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, business trade-offs, and resource allocation to maximize long-term business performance.
• Monitor financial, operational, and market risks while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and regional trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Foster alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders, ensuring decisions are informed by both local context and broader company priorities.
• A track record of partnering directly with senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand how businesses grow, invest, and create long-term value.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, simplify complex business problems, and make thoughtful recommendations.

• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, or related business leadership roles within technology, media, entertainment, or other complex global organizations.• A track record of partnering directly with senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
