TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
• Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research
• Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators
• Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities
• Creating manuals and community guidelines for creators
• Conducting creator showcases
• Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis
• Planning and executing other related measures
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment
• Professional fluency in Korean and English given that this role will support the Korean speaking market and global creators.

• You will be in charge of acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with creators.• Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research
• Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators
• Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities

자격요건
• Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment
• Professional fluency in Korean and English given that this role will support the Korean speaking market and global creators.
