• Regular monitoring and data analysis on various business metrics of Outbound E-commerce, and provide corresponding solutions to assist the platform sales team to continuously improve consumer experience.
• Business puzzle breakdown: familiar with Outbound e-commerce rules, deeply support sales and client solution team leader to do project task break-down, prioritization, monitoring important business progress; able to measure project output and efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong capability of data analytics is required.
• Outstanding reasoning capability and logic, with good problem solving methodologies, being able to independently output quality strategic solutions, strong learning and adaptive ability, strategic framework thinking, sensitivity and insight into the business.
• Strategic thinking capacity, able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business and data performance.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer or a related discipline.• Strong capability of data analytics is required.
