• Create and analyze financial models
• Organize and prepare client presentations
• Help manage transaction processes
• Assist in structuring transactions
• Develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis
• Actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances
• Organize and prepare presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations to provide the necessary financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals
• 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Korean
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses
• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
• Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
