• Partner with clients in a variety of BCG regions and industries, and on key topics like climate change, enabling them to design, build, and deploy new and innovative solutions
• Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers as well as leading conferences on behalf of BCG X
• Take a larger and more proactive role in shaping the strategy of BCG X and of BCG overall
• Work closely with partners & managing directors to drive our company's growth & business development
• Manage teams of AI scientists, engineers, designers
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, manage engagements, client relationships, provide 'thought leadership' to teams
• Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software
• Experienced in guiding non-technical teams and consultants in and best practices for robust software development
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design
• Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients on new features for future product releases
• A natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across a breadth of industries and topics
• Have strong project management skills and can act as interface between business & tech for our clients
• Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/GenAI solutions, including Agentic AI systems, at enterprise scale
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models
• Proficient in Python and skilled in full-stack development using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, with experience in CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with the storage, manipulation, and management of relational, non-relational and streaming data structures
• Strong record of professional accomplishment and leadership, demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and teams
• Proven ability to drive topics and make a commercial impact
• Strong communicator with the ability to guide non-technical stakeholders and contribute in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

• Advanced Degree or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field• Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/GenAI solutions, including Agentic AI systems, at enterprise scale
