• Leads Delivery, Site readiness, Supplier Mobilisation, Equipment Commissioning support, Risk management and Commercial governance from Equipment PO handover to DC Operations handover.
• Works across Strategic Sourcing, Project controls, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Quality and Cost teams to drive Safe, Timely, Compliant and Commercially controlled outcomes.
• Acts as the compliance gate for post-award OFCI changes, monitoring Change Order and Provisional Change Order service levels, preventing After-the-Fact commitments, and escalating urgent cases with validated evidence and a recommended compliant path forward.
• Owns OFCI payment-compliance controls by verifying supplier Payment Applications against contractual entitlement and approved cash-flow forecasts.
• Identifies emerging risks through a data-driven approach and drives action to protect current project delivery schedule.
• Leads decision making around execution and evolution of workstream processes and drives remediation of compliance gaps.
• Owns the integrated post-award OFCI delivery plan from purchase-order handover through manufacturing, FAT, logistics, site delivery, installation interfaces, commissioning support and final handover to operations.
• Maintains alignment between contractual delivery dates, supplier schedules, site-readiness milestones and the overall project program, ensuring On Time Delivery per OEM Contractual ROJ dates.
• Manages post-award supplier performance across manufacturing, delivery, field-service support, quality and commercial obligations, establishing governance cadence and corrective action plans.
• Aligns OEM Field Service Resources (FSR) plans with the General Contractor, DCD and Commissioning team requirements.
• Initiates and governs post-award change orders from identification through scope validation, quotation assessment, approval, PO amendment, execution and commercial closure.
• Acts as subject matter expert in contractual disputes, advising on entitlements and supporting claims negotiations.
• Collaborates with Projects Control, Strategic Sourcing, DCD, Commissioning and Supplier Quality teams to ensure successful execution of LLE/OFCI for On-Time delivery.
• Develops and executes supplier governance plans and educates stakeholders during kick-off meetings/onboarding to improve supplier performance.
• Strong commercial understanding of Product & Capital Equipment procurement.
• Extensive experience in Procurement, Project Management/Execution, Contracts management, and Supplier management in a project environment.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.

자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, Supply Chain or related field and 10+ years' experience in the Project Procurement & Supply Chain environment.• Strong commercial understanding of Product & Capital Equipment procurement.
• Extensive experience in Procurement, Project Management/Execution, Contracts management, and Supplier management in a project environment.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
