A hybrid commercial and clinical role responsible for driving growth, market adoption, and portfolio success for Maternal Infant Care (MIC) and Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR) across Korea. Acts as the primary product authority for commercial teams, delivering strategy execution, customer engagement, KOL development, competitive intelligence, and clinical education while meeting financial and compliance objectives.
• Execute the MIC & DCAR strategy in South Korea, providing feedback to address zone-specific issues.
• Meet financial objectives - Orders, Sales and profit KPI's for MIC/DCAR Korea.
• Review funnel health and collaborate with Korea Commercial teams to address concerns.
• Conduct 6+ in-person customer visits weekly, applying DMS principles and tracking activity in SFDC.
• Develop and manage KOL relationships, reference sites, and show sites.
• Attend end-user meetings alongside Commercial and Applications teams.
• Capture and escalate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative market insights across MIC, DCAR, and related PCS segments.
• Collect and communicate competitive intelligence to AKA Modality Leaders to inform strategy.
• Train Korea Commercial teams, Channel Partners, and customers on product use, differentiation, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Modality and Marketing Leaders on conference strategy and product-specific marketing plans.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• 10+ years' experience in product management, marketing or a related role.
• Demonstrated expertise in market and customer insights, product commercialization, and branding.
• Proven track record of driving results and meeting financial objectives.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the geographic region and attend sales meetings and tradeshows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based tools.
• Ability to learn specialized industry specific solutions.
• Willingness to complete background investigation, drug testing and immunization requirements; including but not limited to verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
• Will be required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals, requiring proof of immunization for mumps, measles, rubella (MMR) and COVID-19; and hepatitis and drug testing/screening.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related clinical field.• 10+ years' experience in product management, marketing or a related role.
