Steer Mercedes-Benz Aftersales business planning and performance management. Define annual parts targets in line with car parc development, service capacity, and strategic retail performance indicators. Steer NRCP (Net Revenue Customer Pay) planning within the MBBP cycle from June to August.
• Define annual parts targets in line with car parc development, service capacity, and strategic retail performance indicators.
• Steer NRCP (Net Revenue Customer Pay) planning within the MBBP cycle from June to August.
• Deliver monthly NRCP forecasts and quarterly forecast updates (FC03, FC06, FC09, FC11) to ensure financial transparency and business steering.
• Plan network capacity based on retail excellence indicators including productivity, efficiency, customer retention, and workforce requirements.
• Forecast retail revenue across customer pay, maintenance, warranty, and accident business to support sustainable Aftersales growth.
• Anticipate partners' parts inventory requirements in alignment with retail performance and NRCP development.
• Monitor wholesale performance and derive business direction to support retail target achievement.
• Steer Customer Services retail profitability analysis, consulting activities, and the implementation tracking of profitability improvement measures.
• Provide retail coaching and consulting on Parts Trading business of dealers, including sales force training and workshops.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and business analysis/market research for Parts Trading business.
• Prepare business performance reports for management and HQ to ensure transparency and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop short- and mid-term parts retail sales and promotion plans based on retail performance history and market potential.
• Steer Mobile Service business development, vehicle strategy, and operational performance monitoring.
• Develop customer access channels and support business case preparation for new Mobile Service opportunities (e.g. LG Display communication).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, Aftersales business, or market research.
• Strong understanding of the automotive Aftersales business, retail operations, and network performance management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in management systems, including IMS and DMS such as Autoline.
• Business-level English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with HQ, management, and dealer stakeholders.

자격요건
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.• Minimum five years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, Aftersales business, or market research.
• Strong understanding of the automotive Aftersales business, retail operations, and network performance management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in management systems, including IMS and DMS such as Autoline.
• Business-level English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with HQ, management, and dealer stakeholders.
