• Develop direct clients in Korea — including but not limited to leading department stores, duty-free retailers, drugstores, and beauty brands — and drive cooperation with Ctrip Global Shopping across advertising, coupons, and CPS.
• Build Korea agency channels: develop relationships with leading local Korean advertising groups, marketing agencies, and peer/industry agents; establish a stable agency network and bring in merchants and brand budgets at scale through agencies.
• Own the full closed loop of business negotiation, proposal planning, quotation, contract signing, project launch, and payment collection; independently manage the entire chain from client development to relationship maintenance.
• Combine Ctrip Global Shopping platform resources with Korea market trends to deliver customized integrated marketing solutions, secure client budgets, and drive key brand projects to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure efficient execution and on-time project launch with expected results.
• Based in Korea, manage projects on site and maintain client relationships to ensure successful delivery and exceed performance expectations.
• Proven 0-to-1 business buildout in the Korea region; has independently owned regional KPIs.
• Local Korea agency + direct client resources — e.g. leading Korean advertising groups, beauty, department stores, and duty-free.
• Familiar with internet advertising commercialization models, including brand advertising, performance advertising, CPS, coupons, and POI onboarding.
• Strong business negotiation skills; excellent project management and cross-department communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks in parallel and maintain high self-motivation and execution in a small-team environment.

자격요건
• 8+ years of experience in internet advertising, OTA, overseas commercialization, or related B2B sales/business development, with at least 5 years in the Korea or Japan-Korea market.• Proven 0-to-1 business buildout in the Korea region; has independently owned regional KPIs.
