• Analyze business needs and challenge demand: anticipate changes in business needs and propose the most valuable options by leveraging internal and external networks and resources; use value analysis as part of the needs-definition process.
• Anticipate business needs and act proactively: incorporate business needs or lead category strategies, activate networks and best practices, and ensure successful execution; use breakthrough sourcing strategies to create value for P&L and top-line growth.
• Negotiate with integrity: coach and challenge stakeholders on negotiation strategies, use innovative negotiation levers, and help resolve stalemates.
• Optimize costs: capture innovative supplier ideas and use cost models to activate value-creation opportunities across the value chain, maximizing impact on P&L and top-line growth.
• Maximize supplier relationships: build preferred partnerships with strategic suppliers and lead supplier development and improvement projects to support sustainable growth.
• Create value and drive innovation: identify innovation opportunities from internal and external sources, lead strategic projects, manage financial costs and impact, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Operate in line with internal controls and legal requirements: build competitive advantage through exclusivity, group strategy, innovation, and CSR; negotiate global, high-stakes contracts including IP, licensing, and exclusivity agreements.
• Evaluate and manage risks: define and implement risk-management policies, introduce advanced methodologies and tools to mitigate risk, and manage regulatory risks.
• Define and deploy the supplier sustainability roadmap: develop and implement actions aligned with the Group's PCR, 3R, science-based targets, and sustainability roadmap.
• Manage performance and efficiency: take accountability for sourcing performance, recommend process and tool improvements, and coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders; ensure data quality.
• Support and manage stakeholder relationships: manage projects, share supplier information, communicate effectively with and influence stakeholders, and strengthen the role and visibility of Sourcing across the organization.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Good business acumen, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

자격요건
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetics, consumer goods, ODM/OEM, or packaging.• 3–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
