TikTok Commerce Creator Operations team is dedicated to building a healthy and thriving e-commerce creator ecosystem. Through creator acquisition and incubation, we aim to enhance creators' content production capabilities, unlock their monetization potential, and drive sustainable platform growth. In this role, you will be responsible for creator acquisition, incubation, and growth in the Korean market. By leveraging insights into the local content landscape and creator ecosystem, you will develop tailored operational strategies to scale creator content supply and drive commerce growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of Korea's content and creator ecosystem, identify high-potential creators and key content categories, and formulate creator acquisition and tiered growth strategies.
• Build and maintain strong creator relationships through one-on-one engagement, community management, and scalable operational programs to improve creator activity, retention, and consistent content production.
• Develop quarterly and monthly creator operation plans, leveraging training, incentives, and online and offline events to increase shoppable content output and improve content quality.
• Collaborate with brands, sellers, and agency partners to facilitate product selection, creator-seller matching, and marketing collaborations, improving creator conversion performance and Commerce contribution.
• Design and execute creator incubation and growth programs, establish tiered creator development frameworks, and manage program budgets to optimize incentive efficiency and ROI while increasing the number of revenue-generating creators and their earning potential.
• Collaborate closely with seller operations, agency operations, product, and marketing teams to execute creator growth initiatives and key marketing campaigns.
• Leverage creator feedback, content performance, and business data to identify key challenges in creator operations and drive improvements in platform tools, operational processes, and the overall creator experience.
• Develop and scale creator operation best practices, training materials, and success stories to build a repeatable and scalable creator growth framework.
• Strong understanding of Korea's local content landscape and creator ecosystem, including KOLs, content creators, and e-commerce monetization models, with hands-on experience in creator acquisition and management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain creator relationships, manage creator communities, and execute operational programs, with the ability to independently drive creator acquisition, incubation, and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage content performance, creator activity to continuously optimize growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, resource coordination, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, content platforms, creator operations, affiliate marketing, or related fields.• Strong understanding of Korea's local content landscape and creator ecosystem, including KOLs, content creators, and e-commerce monetization models, with hands-on experience in creator acquisition and management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain creator relationships, manage creator communities, and execute operational programs, with the ability to independently drive creator acquisition, incubation, and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage content performance, creator activity to continuously optimize growth strategies.
