Facility Operations team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for Kitchen Valley facilities/kitchens, to ensure our restaurant partners have a great place to work in.
- Team recruitment
- Team building, training, management, leadership
- Labour deployment and labour cost management
- Drive day to day operations of facility activities
• Drive key operational performance metrics
- Ownership and awareness of all facility activities
- Process building and improvement
- Management of all facility controllable costs
• Act as the face of the business/primary point of contact for all facility based licensee teams
- First point of contract for licensee operational issues
- Liaison with delivery drivers and representatives and local communities
- Management of contractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians, etc.) and third party service teams (e.g., cleaners)
• Work with broader organisation to drive continued operational improvement and best practice sharing across facilities
- Identify potential operational improvement opportunities across all aspects of
facility operations (e.g., tech, process flow, labour deployment)
- Where required, liaise with broader internal functions to define and deliver improvement initiatives
- Codify and share learning and insights from operational improvements with other operational teams
• Customer champion - builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and champions the needs of our customers (licensees) and other stakeholders (notably local community and delivery drivers)
• Hustler - bias to action, sense of urgency, calm in a storm, solutions-focused, able to prioritize
• People manager & leader - empathetic, clear communicator, community builder, coach and mentor
• Process builder - focused on efficiency, builds with scale in mind, logical, system oriented
