The Role:
Gen.G is looking for a “Discord Coordinator” to help our discord management and community building. The ideal candidate should be committed to in-depth knowledge of community platforms, social media and live streaming platforms. This candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who understands gaming/esports communities and operation of discord.

Expected Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00

• 운영 체계 설정 및 커뮤니티 이벤트 기획/운영
• 마케팅팀 및 유관 부서와 협력하여 회사의 목표 달성
• 커뮤니티 구축 전략 개발 및 실행
• 커뮤니티 지표 분석, 데이터 분석을 통한 KPI 측정 및 개선
• Creating, operating and managing Gen.G discord servers and moderators
• Set operational framework and execute community engagement programs
• Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals
• Develop and implement community building strategy
• Projects data analysis and KPIs monitoring to further optimize the strategy
• 온라인 커뮤니티, 소셜 미디어, 라이브 스트리밍 채널에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
• 커뮤니티 구축 및 관리 경험이 있으신 분
• 소셜 미디어 KPI 분석 경험이 있으신 분
